Listed technology recruitment firm Clarius says a deepening skills shortage across the IT industry offers the opportunity for improved margins as firms boost their investment in technology.

Clarius has bucked some analysts’ expectations by pulling out of a tailspin brought on by the global ­financial crisis, when its permanent recruitment business ground to a halt.
