The investment company rapidly climbing up the share register of Australian biotech Consegna Group appears to have links with colourful Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov.
Balam Group, a consortium consisting of Balam Global and Russian businessman Leon Semenenko, last week upped its stake in Consenga (market cap $27 million) to 14.33 per cent.
