The Carlyle Group and Macquarie’s takeover of traffic camera operator Redflex Holdings is on track to be completed by early May after receiving clearance by an Australian regulator.

The Carlyle Group and Macquarie’s purchase of traffic camera operator Redflex Holdings is on track to be completed by early May after receiving clearance by an Australian regulator.

The bidding consortium’s offer was approved by the Foreign Investment Review Board, satisfying one of the deal’s key conditions, Redflex announced after the market closed on Tuesday.
