Apple has been awarded a patent for a method to manufacture a curved touch surface heightening speculation that it is headed down a similar design path as Samsung and LG which have already released curved televisions.
It adds to the hype created after a Bloomberg report last month that said Apple was working on a curved iPhone to release later next year.
