Nearmap braced for multimillion-dollar hit as takeover vote nears

Aerial imaging takeover subject Nearmap is expecting a multimillion-dollar hit to the business from the potential loss of two customers in the first half of the year.
On Monday, the company announced to the ASX that two customers would either stop using its software or lower their usage materially, resulting in a possible $6 million hit to its annual contract value (ACV) in the first half of 2023.
