Local game developer inks deal with ByteDance unit to target China

ASX-listed mobile gaming company iCandy Interactive signed a deal with China's leading game publisher Ohayoo – owned by the parent company of TikTok – to launch a version of its game Masketeers: Idle Has Fallen in China.

Under a three-year game publishing agreement finalised on Monday, Ohayoo will adapt and market the game for both Android and iOS, as well as third-party app stores in mainland China.
