Life360 to roll out tracking for pets, elderly relatives to its users

Family tracking app Life360 is preparing to allow its 77 million users to track their pets and elderly relatives, and believes “location awareness” will soon be expanded to all parts of daily life.

The San Francisco-based company said its subscription revenue increased to $US72 million ($110 million) over the three months to the end of September, up almost 30 per cent on the same period last year. Total revenue was $US93 million, which reflected returns from its nascent advertising business that was launched in March.
