KPMG rainmaker Jon Adgemis has joined the board of ASX-listed shopping centre customer data company SkyFii, having already amassed a significant stake in the business.

Mr Adgemis, who shifted to the part-time role of managing director of mergers and acquisitions at KPMG earlier this year, allowing him to focus more on specific clients and building up his personal portfolio, will also be joined by former Westfield executive Sue O'Malley.
