Freelancer's chief executive Matt Barrie wrongfully sacked the company's operations and HR executive because Mr Barrie got "vindictive" after he complained about a former employee with mental health issues, a court has heard.
The ASX-listed technology company and its chief executive are involved in a messy court battle with former vice-president Matthew O'Kane.
