Mark Zworestine has resigned as the chief executive of struggling internet telephony company Engin, which is controlled by the Seven Network. Mr Zworestine replaced Engin's founder Ilkka Tales as CEO last November. He will be replaced by current head of sales and marketing, Charles Solomon, who will take on the role alongside existing duties. Paul Smith
