Listed software and voice over internet protocol group Integrated Research Limited has blamed the Australian dollar's surge against the greenback and the pound for restricting it to a modest 6 per cent lift in net profit for 2007-08, but said there should be continuing strong growth in sales of its PROGNOSIS server performance management software in 2009. Integrated Research announced a 2007-08 net profit after tax of $5.8 million, up 6 per cent on $5.4 million a year earlier. Revenue grew 3 per cent to $37.4 million.
