Administrators of collapsed former ASX tech player LiveTiles have raised questions about “unusual” customer and supplier transactions, director-related payments and an investment in a neuroscience technology start-up that had only been incorporated for one day.

LiveTiles, a digital workplace software business founded by Young Rich listers Karl Redenbach and Peter Nguyen-Brown, which counted Phil Kings’ Regal Funds and global investment manager Fidelity International as shareholders, had receivers from KordaMentha appointed in December.
