US tech giant CSC set to buy Aussie company UXC for $428 million

US technology services giant Computer Sciences Corporation has confirmed that it is poised to buy Australia's biggest listed tech services group UXC, in a deal that will be worth $428 million.

News of the planned deal was broken in The Australian Financial Review's Street Talk today, with New York Stock Exchange listed CSC putting out a statement confirming the likely deal on Tuesday morning.
