Britain's Just Eat proposes to buy takeaway delivery service Menulog for $855m

Takeaway food delivery service Menulog has been acquired for $855 million by its British rival JUST EAT.
The deal, subject to approval by the Foreign Investment Review Board, will deliver a big payday for co-founder and director Leon Kamenev who has a majority share of 55 per cent in the company and will pocket $470 million from the deal.
