A bidding war is likely to emerge for IT services provider SMS Management and Technology, with one shareholder confident that original bidder DWS will look to make a higher offer after ASG Group threw its hat in the ring on Monday.
Sandon Capital founder Gabriel Radzyminski told The Australian Financial Review DWS would have been getting SMS on the cheap and there probably was room to increase its offer.
