Apple has beaten its rivals by little more than a hair’s breadth, announcing overnight a new, ultra-slim iPhone that looks set to be the thinnest top-tier phone on the market.
The 5.6mm-thick iPhone Air, just 0.2mm thinner than the Galaxy S25 Edge Samsung launched earlier this year, won’t just be the thinnest phone from a major brand when it hits the shelves for $1799 on September 19.
