The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is taking the Yahoo!7-owned group buying website Spreets to the Federal Court, alleging misleading conduct.
The competition watchdog alleged Spreets, which Yahoo!7 acquired for $40 million in 2011, misled consumers on price and their ability to redeem vouchers.
