Andy Penn and Telstra are feeling the pressure from all sides – a share price which has collapsed in the last three years, competitors champing at the bit to take down the incumbent 800-pound gorilla and the government progressively ripping out $3 billion of its earnings via the National Broadband Network.

Investors are nervous. It's no secret they are questioning whether the current leadership is the right group to take Telstra into the future.
