Wesfarmers is selling out of Perenti, the mining contractor formerly known as Ausdrill, in an after-market block trade.
The Perth-based conglomerate has tapped Macquarie Capital to handle the $52.2 million parcel of shares, according to terms sent to fund managers after market on Wednesday.
