US activist Alta Fox dumps EML stake; Barrenjoey on the trade

Alta Fox has left the building. Street Talk understands the US activist investor and EML’s largest shareholder has dumped its entire stake in the payment platform just over a year after landing on its register.

Leibler-advised Alta Fox Capital was crucial to EML Payments’ outgoing chair Peter Martin’s departure.
