ASX hopeful Urbanise closed its initial public offer on Wednesday, eight days earlier than forecast, with the listing pegged for September 22.

The Melbourne-based company, which sells a software as a service solution touted as a one-stop-shop for building and facility managers, raised $20 million, valuing it at $108.5 million.
