UBS, Freehills in CSR’s tent as France’s Saint-Gobain tables bid

CSR is working with UBS bankers after the building materials group received a takeover bid from French construction giant Saint-Gobain.

An announcement is expected on Wednesday night. It is understood UBS co-head of global M&A Greg Peirce is overseeing the mooted deal.
