Perpetual’s $2.2 billion deal with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co is continuing to make waves in the market.

After an intriguing sell-side call on Wednesday morning where analysts hounded management for details of the deal – which they were unable to produce – attention is turning to whether the deal will get across the finish line.
