Listed health foods and vitamins company Star Combo Pharma is in front of fund managers seeking support for a potentially company-changing M&A deal and equity raising.
Star Combo has agreed terms to acquire Melbourne-based Bio-E, which is a fast growing natural health, food and beverage company that's on track to make $15 million EBITDA in the 2019 financial year.
