New Zealand’s biggest telecommunications group, Spark NZ, has called in the bankers and has asked them to test investor appetite in its new telco towers subsidiary.
One year after Australia’s Telstra cut Future Fund and others into a stake in its “TowerCo”, Spark’s trying to replicate the model and capitalise on private capital investor demand for telco infrastructure.
