The mission to rescue stricken equipment finance company Silver Chef is almost complete.
Long-suffering shareholders will be told on Thursday morning that the board has agreed a deal with Luke Trickett’s Blue Stamp Company (BSC) that will see Silver Chef recapitalised via a $60 million rights issue priced at 31¢ a share, as first reported by Street Talk.
