Self described "medical tech" company Volpara Health Technologies is preparing to pounce on a American software company and ask investors to help fund the deal.
Street Talk understands the ASX-listed Volpara has designs on Seattle-based MRS Systems Inc, which specialises in practice management software used by breast screening clinics.
