SCA Property shopping for $200m equity
Shopping centre owner SCA Property Group is expected to be in front of investors seeking a $200 million equity injection on Tuesday.
SCA, which was spun out of Woolworths nearly a decade ago, is expected to ask shareholders for funds to help it through the COVID-19 pandemic and shore up its balance sheet.
