Ructions plague APP Securities as strategy debate flares
There's never a dull day in stockbroking. And that was certainly the case at APP Securities on Wednesday where a stoush was brewing during a marathon three-hour board meeting. Differences of opinion on the strategic direction of the firm were fleshed out at the meeting but not resolved.
There are understood to be divisions between the firm's owner George Wang and chief executive Craig Mason about the best way forward, following the firm's reincarnation mid-year after the collapse of broking firm BBY.
