Perth-based nickel explorer Rox Resources is looking to raise $3 million via a share placement at 5.5¢ with the help of Patersons Securities.

Capitalised at about $32.0 million with $1.9 million in cash as at Dec 31 2012, Rox plans to use the proceeds to accelerate exploration activities at the Fisher East Nickel Project.
