Ridley Corporation ’s trading update will result in “material downgrades" to earnings estimates, Wilson HTM Investment Group analyst James Ferrier wrote in an email to clients on Friday morning.

The stockfeed and meat-rendering company provided guidance for 2012-13 financial year earnings before interest and tax within the Ridley AgriProducts subsidiary similar to that recorded in 2012 financial year.
