QIC’s PoWAR partners up for Tilt Renewables auction

QIC’s renewable energy investment vehicle PowAR has teamed up with a New Zealand electricity company to try to buy trans-Tasman windfarm owner Tilt Renewables.

As first reported by Street Talk on Tuesday, QIC is working with Tilt Renewables’ second-biggest investor Mercury NZ, and the pair are jointly working through due diligence materials in the auction’s second round.
