Software development company Prophecy International is raising $7.7 million to grow its team to develop its key eMite and Snare products.

Priced at 81¢ per share, the offer comes at a 14.8 per cent discount to the last traded price, and a 4.6 per cent discount to its five-day volume weighted average price.
