PE firm Adamantem Capital swoops on IPO-candidate Mason Stevens

Sydney buyout firm Adamantem Capital has inked a deal to buy $8 billion wealth platform Mason Stevens, the ASX hopeful that charted a course to the bourse last year before efforts were shelved.

Street Talk understands a binding agreement was signed between the two parties on Wednesday morning, handing over the keys to 100 per cent of the company.
