Pacific Equity Partners is in late stage talks to acquire ASX-listed Patties Foods, as exclusively revealed by Street Talk on Sunday.
It's understood PEP and Patties were seeking to finalise an agreed deal over the weekend, which would be ready to be announced as early as Monday morning.
