Explorer Omega Oil and Gas is making a strategic investment in fellow ASX-listed natural gas and hydrogen exploration and development company Elixir Energy.
Both companies went into trading halts on Monday morning, Omega “in relation to a potential material acquisition” and Elixir “pending an announcement by the company with respect to a potential material acquisition of shares in Elixir”.
