There's a pair of Australian listed companies hanging around the hoop at up-for-sale mining and construction contractor BGC Contracting.
While there's plenty of games being played, it is understood sale adviser Macquarie Capital is taking shortlisted parties through late-stage due diligence this week, ahead of binding offers which are expected to be worth a few hundred million dollars.
