Private equity firm BGH Capital bid against itself once at Village Roadshow and has no intention of doing it again.
Street Talk understands BGH Capital will declare its twin-offer takeover "best and final" ahead of a Village shareholder vote on Monday, ensuring there can be no doubt about its intentions to not raise its bid.
