Contractor and equipment hire company Maas Group has put a $105 million equity raising to investors, in a bid to restock its balance sheet for potential acquisitions.
Stockbrokers Morgans and MA Moelis sent terms to clients on Thursday morning, outlining a $35 million institutional placement and another $70 million deal to Maas Group’s directors and management.
