Advisory shop Luminis Partners is wasting no time testing buyer appetite for ASX-listed shade sails, blinds and outdoor umbrella manufacturer Gale Pacific.
Only hours after Gale Pacific had told shareholders it had Luminis evaluating options “to unlock value further”, the bankers had a flyer buzzing around the market with an eight-point pitch to potential suitors.
