Liverpool Partners hires Macquarie Capital for Seisma sale

Liverpool Partners is seeking a buyer for its digital transformation and cloud consulting services business, Seisma, in what looks like a quick flip for the Sydney buyout firm.

Street Talk understands Liverpool Partners boss Brad Lancken, who oversaw the acquisition of a controlling stake in Seisma in 2020, has asked Macquarie Capital’s technology, media and telecommunications team to canvass interest via a targeted sale process.
