KKR invites bank to pitch for Pepper Group IPO

KKR has asked investment banks to pitch for a role floating the Australian arm of its finance unit Pepper Group.

As first reported by Street Talk on Thursday, KKR sent the request for proposal to a handful of Australian investment banking teams in the past fortnight, asking them to pitch for joint lead manager roles.
