Perth-based oil and gas junior, Jacka Resources , has raised $10 million in an option underwriting through DJ Carmichael.

Under the agreement, the broker underwrote 50 million JKAO options worth $10 million. It is understood the deal was upsized from $8 million to $10 million following demand from investors and is subject to shareholder approval.
