ICG acquires Potentia’s SuperChoice

Here’s one we missed over the holidays.

Potentia Capital succeeded in finding a buyer for its superannuation payments platform, SuperChoice, about 1½ years after it called in Macquarie Capital dealmakers Dragi Ristevski and Anuj Goel to seek buyers. Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) has bought SuperChoice alongside a consortium that includes management and industry experts.
