Growth PE firm Whiteoak adds NDIS software provider

Whiteoak Growth Fund has acquired a majority stake in disability services software provider Datanova, marking the strategy’s third technology investment since it was launched in 2020.

Whiteoak was set up by a group of former McKinsey & Co consultants including managing director Greg Garvin.
