Golden Rim Resources is seeking to raise up to $7.5 million to advance its gold and copper projects in Burkina Faso.
The raising, which is being managed by Bell Potter, will comprise a share placement of up to $5.5 million and a share purchase plan of up to $2 million. It has been priced at 10¢ a share, a 9.1 per cent discount to the last close of 11¢ and an 18.1 per cent discount to the 5-day VWAP of 12.2¢.
