Gas2Grid , an oil and gas company with interests in the Philippines and France, is seeking to raise $2 million with the help of Patersons Securities.

The company is placing 80 million shares at 2.5¢ each, a 32.4 per cent discount to the last close of 3.7¢ and a 27 per cent discount to the 30-day volume weighted average price.
