Fonterra flags IPO for Australian arm, $1b to $2b valuation tipped

Kiwi milk giant Fonterra has thrown its Australian business into the 2022 initial public offering pipeline, flagging a deal that could value it at $1 billion to $2 billion.

In a statement on Thursday morning, Fonterra said it was considering the most appropriate ownership structure for Fonterra Australia, including an IPO.
