Hong Kong jeweller Chow Tai Fook Enterprises now has a West Australian gas network in its portfolio.
As revealed by Street Talk on Sunday, the Asian investor has secured regulatory approval to acquire Alinta Energy, removing the final hurdle in its quest to buy the local utility.
