Dual-listed Gentrack Group passes the can around

Software maker Gentrack Group was in the market on Wednesday morning, seeking to raise $NZ90 million.

The deal has been structured as a 1-for-5.77 accelerated pro-rata entitlement offer underwritten by UBS, according to a term sheet sent to fund managers.
